Photo #296 Revealed

It was a turnip.

It's a type of root vegetable that is in season now, especially during American Thanksgiving. You can cook them like potatoes. They are good mashed with some butter and bacon.

    Oh yes I have. They're yummy!! I had it with butter!! Doubt there were bacon bits. :)
