Photo of the day, #242

Hint: it's sometimes frown upon
Hey you! If you haven't noticed, I have added a couple of things to the blog. First, if you look up, you will see an "About Me" page. I have been doing this blogging thing for a while now and it's about time I told you a little about myself. I know this is mainly a photo blog, so I wouldn't blame you if you don't read it. But if you are curious about who's behind this blog, check out that page. Secondly, I have added a "Donate" button. My birthday is coming up in a month and it would be totally awesome if you show me some love! Any amount would be greatly appreciated. :D


Anyways, enough about me. Today's thingamajig can be found in most cities, especially the larger ones. It can be any colour or style. It is frown upon in most places and sometimes it is consider illegal. What is it?
