Hey there! How's it going? Hopefully you are doing better than the Canucks. We lost the game last night. But that's ok. We will win the next one. It won't be easy, but it should be an interesting game to watch. Anyways, today's thingamajig is usually made of stainless steel. And only certain people use this on a daily basis. This is something that kids shouldn't be playing with. What is it?

    That looks like the scabbard for a sword. Possibly a Katana from the writing on it.
