Chinese knots symbolizes happiness, luck, unity and love. Valentine's Day is fast approaching and you could give your lover one of these knots, hinting that you want to "tie the knot" someday.

It was a lucky envelope.

It's a Chinese New Year tradition for families (specifically, married couples) to give these lucky red envelopes filled with money to their children. I'm not a kid any more, but I still get them! Lucky me, right? When and if I ever do get married, I will get to give these out!

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic weekend! Happy New Year to those of you who follow the Lunar calendar. I wish you peace, love and happiness! This is the year of the dragon, which is supposed to be a year for good fortune! Maybe this year I will become rich and famous! LOL! For those born on 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000 and of course 2012, you are a dragon. You are considered loyal, eccentric, noble and arrogant.
