It was a dog.

Specifically, It's a King Charles Spaniel! Bonus points if you were that specific!! Isn't he cute? Can you say, "aww...?" And if you look closely, you can see a lipstick smudge near his mouth. He's very affectionate! No wonder he's popular with the ladies! ;)
