Photo of the day, #388

Hello, world! Thanks for dropping by! Have I told you lately how much I appreciate your time and your comments? Well, it's true. You are too good to me. I'm not a popular blogger by any means, but I do get a nice, warm fuzzy feeling when people leave me comments. It's nice to know that there are people out there who still like to read blogs from time to time because I think blogging in general has declined in popularity. I guess it's not as cool as it used to be. It's sad to see some of the blogs that I have been following disappear. But I want  you to know, I'm not going to disappear anytime soon.

Anyway, here's today's haiku hint:

even though there is
an "app" or two on your phone
it's just not the same!

What is it?

  1. Oooohhh I played on one of these as a kid, it's one of those toy Xylophone things!!!!

    Hope all is well :)

  2. xylophone - is that what they're even called?! Oh dear, I've been way off the last couple!

  3. I know a xylophone anywhere!

  4. It's a xylophone! :D

Also yeah the blogosphere's growth has been declining, and it's only moving upwards rather slowly nowadays. Can't say I was here when it was in bloom though.

  5. Xylophone. A toy one, it looks like. :)

  6. Looks like a xylophone to me.

  7. You're so sweet!!

    My guess...xylophone!

  8. It better be a xylophone.

    Also, you have been missed.

  9. It's good that you're sticking around :)
    as for this thingamajig...mmmm....a xylophone?

  10. I always enjoy reading your blog :) I have no idea about the haiku though.. Have a great day! xo akiko

  11. i agree with what you said... probably because blogging is getting too mainstream nowadays? hmmm not sure... i also get that feeling when i received comments ;) keep fighting and blogging! hehehe :D

  12. I see blogs disappear too but I don't think blogging has declined in popularity. I see new blogs sprouting up all the time but most of them disappear. I just think that blogging is not easy at all and more people give up on it. Supporting each other is a good thing :)
