It was a hair crimper.
Crimped hair was especially popular during the late 80s and early 90s.
But with fashion trends these days, what was old is new again!

    Hahah, I knew it! Sadly it should have been my first guessed, considering I have one at home.

    If only, I knew where it was. If I do find it, maybe I'd consider crimping my hair sometime soon. :D
