Photo of the day, #235

Hint: you may keep this in your garage
Hello there! Hope you are having a good day so far. I'm feeling a bit congested today. This thingamajig can be made of metal or wood. This is not something most people use regularly, unless it was your job. What is it?

  1. It looks like one of those levelling ruler-like devices with the bubbles-in-tubes. Is it just called a level?

  3. One of those liquid pipe meter thingies that you use to check if something's perfectly horizontal or vertical. I have no idea what the proper english name is, though :C

  5. Is it a flute? I think it could be a wind instrument, that kinda looks like a mouth piece. But if it was a flute you would've said plastic too, I think. I dunno.

  6. Is that a level? I don't use it regularly, but when I do, I still end up building lopsided things.
